Didn't work out? It happens. Here's how to send it back or swap a size.

The short version

30 days from delivery to start a return or exchange.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, tags on.
Size exchanges are free — we send a prepaid label.
Refunds go back to your original payment method. Return shipping for refunds is currently paid by the customer.
Final sale: gift-card, sticker.

How to start

Go to your account, open the order, and choose Return or exchange. Don't have an account? Email help@caffeineandgrace.com with your order number (starts with RVN-).

Refund timing

Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Damaged or wrong item

Our fault? We fix it fast and cover shipping both ways. Send a photo to help@caffeineandgrace.com.
