Everything is produced in-house in Texas and ships from there. Times below are estimates — you'll always get tracking when your order leaves.

Processing

Orders are packed and handed to the carrier in 1–2 business days. Limited-drop pre-orders will show a ship date on the product page.

Rates & timeframes

  • Standard — $6.50, 3–7 business days. Free on orders over $75 (after discounts).
  • Expedited — calculated at checkout, 2–3 business days.

International

We don't ship internationally yet. It's on the list, right under 'sleep'.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking stalls for more than 5 business days, email help@caffeineandgrace.com and we'll sort it — usually with a replacement, no interrogation.

Timeframes are placeholders pending final carrier contracts. Need to make a change to an order? Contact us within an hour of ordering and we'll try to catch it.
